Holy Family Sister Elena Gonzales
Holy Family's fourth grade Comets broke into five teams and took on an exciting challenge in March: each team was tasked with reading 15 books in just two months! Each reader was expected to complete at least three books. Our students didn’t just meet the goal, they surpassed it! Many students read seven or more books, showing incredible dedication and a true love of reading.
Students put their knowledge to the test in our classroom Battle of the Books competition. The matchup between the HFSCK team and the Timmy Turtles kept everyone on the edge of their seats. It was a close battle all the way through, with HFSCK pulling ahead in the final round. Congratulations to both teams for their amazing efforts!
