Enrollment Steps
We are honored and excited that you have considered Holy Family as the school for your student. As families commit to us to do their part, we are committed to making sure each student is known, loved, and served. Below is information on how to go through the application and enrollment process for new families, or the re-enrollment process for current families (Las versiones en español de cada documento están disponibles en la tabla roja). | Step 1: How to Apply |
| Step 2: Schedule a Tour here or call us 920-494-1931 In person meeting of student(s), parents/guardians, & Principal is required before enrollment. Often, the tour will suffice for that meeting. |
| Step 3: Read through commitments in “All Families” section (blue section to the right) |
| Step 4: Submit records from current school to Holy Family Most recent attendance records, test scores, discipline record, and grade cards must be submitted for Principal review before enrollment can be considered. |
| Step 5: Contact the school informing them on your desire to enroll |
| Step 6: Approval from Principal & Enrollment in TADS $50 – Early Enrollment during Catholic Schools Week – through February 5, 2023 $100 – February 6-28, 2023 $125 – beginning March 1, 2023 |
| Step 7: Apply for Wisconsin Parental Choice (Enrollment can only take place the year you enroll your student! Then you can re-enroll in the program each year you are eligible) |
| Step 8: Apply for Tuition Assistance |
| After enrollment, most communications regarding next school year will not begin until July 1. At that time you will be added to our school newsletter and email contact list. |
